Stitchin’ for Missions

The Stitchin” for Missions group consists of women from Good Shepherd who sew, knit, and crochet. These gifts and talents are used as part of their mission commitment.

The items and projects produced are given to Hospice, the local Cancer Support Group, and sent on to worldwide charities that benefit women and children.
Stitchin’ meets monthly to co-ordinate projects and to work on current needs. We work both at church and at our homes.

Our hope is that the items we make touch those who receive them and bring them comfort.
